This Privacy Policy (Summary) primarily informs you of: the types of personal information we collect and use within necessary scope, the business scenarios involved, and the fundamental rules governing our processing of your personal data. 1.Based on refueling services
(1) User Registration - The user's personal mobile phone number and verification code
Purpose of Use: When registering as a Hawks user, you are required to provide at least a mobile phone number to create a Hawks account and complete the network identity authentication information related to the login password. If you only need to use functions such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as our user or provide the aforementioned information. Information Description: We will send an SMS verification code to verify the validity of your identity.
(2) Hawks app order placement - geographical location
Purpose of Use: With your authorization, we will collect your geographic location information to recommend nearby gas stations and estimate the distance between gas stations and you to facilitate your consumption decisions, among other purposes. Information Description: Sources of location information include IP addresses, GPS, and sensor data such as WLAN (e.g., Wi-Fi) access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information. Please note that location is essential in the Hawks refueling service scenario. If you do not consent to authorize location information, it may affect your normal usage.
(3) Order Payment After you complete the order payment, we will confirm your payment time, payment amount, etc., to help us verify whether you have made the payment.
2.Based on security considerations
(1) Device information
To ensure the security of your account and transactions, we will legally collect and process your immutable device identifiers (hardware serial numbers, network device identifiers), mutable device identifiers (Android ID, IP address, OAID), basic device information, basic hardware information, operating system and software version information, device status, and network status in accordance with network security requirements. We will also use the aforementioned information to prevent various illegal activities or infringements on legitimate rights and interests.
(2) System permissions
Purpose of Use: To enhance your consumption experience, we may also request your authorization to activate system permissions, which will be enabled upon your consent.
Information description:
Camera Permission: You may choose to enable the system's camera permission by authorizing Hawks to access your camera through photo-taking or QR code scanning functions, allowing you to scan various service QR codes or take photos via Hawks. Device Storage Permission: You may choose to enable the system's device storage permission by actively uploading images to authorize us to access your photo album, facilitating vehicle authentication, content publishing via photo uploads, or submitting complaints and suggestions.
(3) Customer service
When you require pre-sales consultation or customer service related to your order, we will use your account information to verify your identity and, if necessary, check your access records or order details. During communication with our customer service representatives, you may also need to provide other essential information depending on different service scenarios. When applying for a refund or price difference compensation through customer service channels, if the refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, we will need to collect relevant information from you to ensure the refund is successful. For instance, if you choose to receive the refund via bank transfer, we will require your bank name, branch details, account holder name (i.e., your name), and bank card number.
3.The information you voluntarily provide during usage
(1) Vehicle Information: When you use the "Logistics Vehicle/Commercial Vehicle Certification" function to authenticate a vehicle, you are required to upload photos of both the front and back of the vehicle's license, as well as provide the license plate number. We will collect the following personal information from you as necessary for identifying the vehicle type: license plate number, vehicle type, vehicle owner, registration address, vehicle nature, vehicle brand and model, vehicle identification number, vehicle engine number, registration date, and issuance date.
(2) Recipient's name (or entity name), address, and contact phone number: When redeeming goods through the Hawks platform that require shipping, you must provide the recipient's name (or entity name), address, and contact phone number at the time of placing the order to ensure successful delivery.
(3) Invoice Title, Company Tax ID, Email Address: When you intend to issue an invoice on the Hawks platform, you need to provide the invoice title, company tax ID, and email address so that we can complete the invoice issuance and send it to your mailbox.
(4) Contact person name, contact phone number, company name: When you intend to cooperate on corporate fuel services, you need to provide the contact person's name, contact phone number, and company name on the cooperation application page, so that the team providing corporate fuel services can reach you.
You can view the collection and use of your personal information by third-party SDKs through the "Third-Party Personal Information Sharing List".

When using our products/services, the scenarios where you need to/have the option to authorize us to collect and use personal information include:
1.In order to provide you with the basic functions of our services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned necessary information, you will not be able to normally use our services;
2.In order to provide you with extended functionalities of our services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use your information under certain circumstances. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional features or achieve the intended functional effects we aim to provide. However, this will not affect your normal use of the basic functionalities of our services.
1.Account Registration, Login, and Verification
(1) To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, when registering as a Hawks user, you need to provide at least a mobile phone number to create a Hawks account, complete relevant online identity verification information (including verification code matching results, region), and set up a password. You may also voluntarily provide your date of birth to complete your personal information.
(2) You should be aware that the matching result of your mobile phone number and verification code constitutes your personal sensitive information. We collect such information to comply with relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, you may be unable to use this function of ours. Please carefully consider before providing such information.
2.Product/Service Information Display and Search
In order to provide you with the display of nearby gas station information, facilitate your search for nearby gas stations, and offer you refueling services, as well as to enhance our service performance, efficiency, and functionality, we may collect your device information used with our products and/or services (including device name, device model, MAC address and IMEI, device identification code, software and hardware characteristic information such as installed application lists, operating system and application versions, language settings, screen resolution, service provider network ID (PLMN)), as well as location-related information of your device (including authorized GPS location information and WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information). Specifically, this includes:
(1) Location Information. When you enable the location function of your mobile device through the system's device location authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information to recommend nearby refueling services (you do not need to manually input your geographical location to access relevant services, estimate the actual distance between service providers and yourself to facilitate your consumption decisions, and recommend nearby service categories and promotional information). We will employ relevant technologies to obtain your location information (with varying degrees of accuracy), including software installation lists, IP addresses, GPS, as well as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide related information. You may disable the device location authorization in your mobile device's system to stop our collection of your location information, but this may result in the inability to use our location-based services or achieve the intended effects of such services.
3.Order placement and order management
(1) When you complete a transaction through Hawks, you may provide contact information based on the type of service selected; when you participate in a lottery through the Hawks platform, we will collect your redemption records, shipping address, and contact information. If the related redemption service involves a third party, you agree to share the aforementioned information with the third party to enable them to provide you with the service.
(2) In order to display order information in your account and facilitate your management of order details, as well as to handle potential user disputes, we will collect order information generated during your use of our services. This includes order details for third-party services accessed through the Hawks platform.
(3) The orders you generate on Hawks may contain your identity information, contact details, and payment information, all of which are sensitive data. Please exercise caution when sharing or disclosing such information to others. We will also implement de-identification measures when displaying order information to the greatest extent possible while ensuring data usability.
4.After placing your order, you can choose the payment services provided by Hawks' partner banks. The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your Hawks order details, transaction amount information, and necessary payment details with the bank to enable them to verify your payment instructions and complete the transaction.
5.Customer Service and After-Sales Support, When you interact with our customer service or utilize other user response functions (including phone contact with customer service, online submission of feedback, communication with online/human customer service, submitting after-sales service requests, exercising your relevant personal information control rights, or other customer complaints and demands), we may require you to first provide account information to verify your identity by matching it with your previously submitted personal information for account and system security purposes. When using customer service or other user response functions, we may also need to collect the following sensitive personal information from you: Contact details (the phone number used to contact us or other voluntarily provided contact information), Communication records (including text, images, audio/video, and call logs), Other necessary information related to your request. We collect this information to investigate facts and assist in resolving your issues. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to utilize our customer service user response mechanisms.
6.When you intend to issue an invoice on the Hawks platform, you need to provide the invoice title, company tax ID, and email address so that we can complete the invoice issuance and send it to your email.
7.Functions necessary for ensuring transaction security
(1) We need to collect certain information from you to ensure the security of your account and our systems when using our services, as well as to enhance the safety and reliability of our services, in order to prevent any actions that may harm users, Hawks, or society. This includes the following personal information: account login location, personal device information (including device IP, device hardware serial number, device hardware model, device MAC address, IMEI (background operation), IMSI, Android ID (background operation)), login IP address, mobile phone SN code, product version number, language mode, browsing history, network usage habits, service failure information, as well as sensitive personal information: transaction details, and membership information. We will use the aforementioned information to comprehensively verify whether the account login device and mobile phone number belong to the same user, assess risks related to your account, transactions, and identity, provide customer support, detect and prevent security incidents, monitor fraud, and for archival and backup purposes. In accordance with legal requirements, we will take necessary measures such as recording, auditing, analyzing, and handling the data. If we detect any actual or suspected account security risks, we will use the relevant information for security verification and risk mitigation to ensure the safety of the products and services we provide to you, thereby protecting your rights and interests from infringement. Additionally, in the event of any account or system security issues, we will collect this information to optimize our services.
To provide you with better services, you may choose to use the extended functions we offer. We will collect and utilize the following information in compliance with legal regulations and based on your specific authorization. This type of information will be collected within the specific functions and business scenarios you select. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your use of Hawks' basic functionalities.
1.Extended functionality based on device camera permissions: You may choose to enable the system's camera permissions. By utilizing photo-taking and QR code scanning features, you authorize Hawks to access your camera, enabling you to scan various service QR codes and capture photos through Hawks.
2.Based on the extended functionality of device storage permission authorization, you may choose to enable the system's device storage permission. By actively uploading images, you authorize us to access your photo album, which facilitates vehicle authentication, content publishing via photo uploads, or submitting complaints and suggestions.
3.Extended functionality based on device phone calls You may choose to enable the phone call permission for the device, so that when contacting customer service via phone, you can directly activate the dialing function to call our customer service hotline.
4.Extended Clipboard-Based Features, You may choose to enable clipboard permissions so that you can participate in platform promotional activities such as password-based red envelopes without manually entering information. These extended features may require you to grant us access to your device's camera, external storage, photo library (image gallery), contacts permissions, and clipboard permissions to facilitate the collection and use of information related to these functions. You can review the activation status of these permissions in the Hawks APP or your device system and decide to enable or disable them at any time (we will guide you through the settings in your device system). Please note that enabling these permissions constitutes your authorization for us to collect and use such personal information to provide the aforementioned features. Disabling these permissions revokes such authorization, after which we will cease collecting and using the corresponding personal information and will no longer be able to offer the associated functionalities. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the prior processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.
1.When you use the payment services provided/displayed on Hawks, we may also collect your identification document information and bank card information. For specific rules regarding information collection and usage, please refer to the separate service agreement/document/rules signed with you.
2.By using third-party services through Hawks, to enrich the service offerings on the Hawks platform, Hawks has integrated numerous third-party service providers. When you utilize services provided by these third-party vendors via Hawks, we may share your mobile phone number with the respective third-party service provider to facilitate your quick and efficient access to their services. Additionally, if the third-party service you use involves payment information, your identification documents and bank card details may be collected for order placement and payment processing.
3.Other
(1) As mentioned above, if any function or product/service that requires the collection of your personal information is not specified in this Privacy Policy, or if we exceed the purpose claimed when collecting your personal information and the scope of direct or reasonable relevance, we will separately explain to you before collecting and using your personal information by updating this Privacy Policy, page prompts, pop-ups, message notifications, website announcements, or other means convenient for you to be informed. We will also provide you with an independent option to consent, and will only collect and use such information after obtaining your explicit consent.
(2) Please be informed that if the information cannot individually or in combination with other information identify or be associated with your personal identity, it does not constitute your personal information in the legal sense; when your information can individually or in combination with other information identify your personal identity, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with your other personal information, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy during the period of combined use.

Please note that information which, either alone or in combination with other information, cannot be used to identify your identity or establish direct contact with you does not constitute personal information. If we combine information that alone cannot be linked to any specific individual with other information to identify a natural person, or if we use it in conjunction with personal information, such information will be regarded as personal information during the period of combined usage.

2.After collecting your personal information, we will de-identify the data through technical means, and the de-identified information will no longer be able to identify the subject. 3.Please understand and agree that all personal information you provide while using our products and/or services will be continuously authorized for our use during your usage period, unless you delete it or refuse our collection through system settings. When you use our refueling service, we must share your order information with the service provider (i.e., the gas station providing you with refueling services) to ensure the successful completion of refueling according to your needs. Additionally, we need to share your order number and order amount with the payment bank to enable them to confirm your payment instruction and complete the transaction.
4.Based on the agreement: When it is necessary to share with third parties in accordance with the relevant agreements (including electronically signed agreements and platform rules) or legal documents signed between you and us.
5.Based on academic research; if necessary for statistical or academic research conducted by research institutions.
6.Based on social public interests that comply with laws and regulations.
7.We share necessary data with third parties through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs). The versions of third-party SDKs may vary, generally including third-party account login, sharing, payment, map navigation, and analytics categories. We conduct rigorous security assessments on SDKs or similar applications and require partners to implement strict measures to protect your personal data. To meet new service demands or business function changes, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we integrate and promptly disclose the latest updates regarding third-party SDK integrations in this statement. Hawks maintains a directory of integrated third-party SDKs; for details, please refer to the attached "Third-Party SDK Integration Directory." Please note that we only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information solely to achieve the objectives stated in this Privacy Policy, we sign strict data protection and confidentiality agreements, requiring them to comply with the agreements and adopt relevant security measures to safeguard your personal information.
Transfer refers to the process of transferring control over personal information to another company, organization, or individual. In principle, we will not transfer your personal information, except in the following circumstances:
1.You made the request on your own initiative;
2.Prior explicit authorization and consent have been obtained from you;
